Reservation for short term: (less than 12 weeks)
50% of the rent has to be sent in advance to Asia Housing Ltd.
The balance of the rent will be paid upon your arrival as well the security deposit to Asia Housing Ltd.
Reservation for long term rental: (more than 3 months)
The first month rental has to be sent in advance to the owner.
The agency fee has to be sent in advance to Asia Housing Ltd.
The balance of the rent required will be paid upon your arrival along with the security deposit directly to the owner.
The following month(s) rent will be paid directly to the owner.
Security Deposit:
The Security Deposit is given to the owner upon your arrival at the housing. The security deposit is, of course, returned to you at the end of your stay, provided that there are no damages and the housing is left in clean condition.
The security deposit is evaluated by the owner in accordance to the housing and furnishes provided. It usually varies from 1 month to 3 months rental.
Payment of the agency fee:
For short term rental, the rent has to be sent to Asia Housing Ltd.
For the long term rental, only the agency fee has to be sent to Asia Housing Ltd.

Rent:
The rent has to be paid to the owner. It can be paid by: wire transfer and cash.
Security Deposit:
The security Deposit has to be paid to the owner. It can be paid by wire transfer and cash.
Additional Charges:
Telephone:
Telephone is not included in the rental price. Telephone calls must be paid according to the usage.
Electricity and gas Weekly rentals:
Electricity and gas are included in the rent for all renting below 1 week.
Over 1 week rental: Electricity and gas are not included in the rent.
Process
Before arrival:
All the housing that we provide has been visited and checked carefully by a person from Asia Housing. In addition, according to the guest’s need, Asia Housing will manage the signing up for water and electricity meters, the opening internet connection, wiring for cable, install television satellite or meeting any other specific need.
Arrival:
According to your request, Asia Housing Ltd could pick you up from the airport and lead you to your housing. If you prefer to reach the place by your own, Asia Housing Ltd will provide you a detailed plan. At your arrival, one of our agents will be at the housing to welcome you with the owner or the representative person of the owner to process at the check-in. To give you the best service you deserve, we invite you to give us the approximate time you will be at the housing, by sending your flight schedule.
Along your stay:
Asia Housing Ltd provides a local assistance; every guest will get to their own disposal a telephone number to meet their occasional needs.
Departure:
One of our agents and the owner or the representative person of the owner will be there at your departure to process at the check-out.
